    James D Pederson James Pederson is President and COO of the TEC Companies. Jim is responsible for operations and strategic direction for TEC Engineering, Total Electric and TEC Industrial Services. Jim’s 20 years of experience in the industrial automation field includes various positions in application engineering, supervision and strategic account management with Cargill, Texas Instruments and Siemens. Jim’s wide range of experience with fortune 500 companies in the area of process control, automation and strategic technology planning provides a great depth of understanding in serving these customers. Jim earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
