Garth Bloom is a Certified Automation Professional (CAP) through ISA. He has more than 27 years of experience in control systems integration, which includes 30+ years with TEC. His responsibilities include industrial controls automation, enterprise integration/operational intelligence and production operations. He has extensive knowledge in the mining and mineral processing industry and actively leads this internal team.
Christopher Wyant is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the data team. This involves project management, business development, advanced mathematics consulting for team members, implementing data analytics, and executing data management consulting for clients. His deep understanding of mathematics and data insights to integrate them with systems helps our clients gain valuable knowledge to drive them toward success.
Troy Todd brings a wealth of sales expertise cultivated throughout his entire career, primarily within the manufacturing industry. Having worked with diverse companies, Troy has now taken on the role of spearheading business development initiatives at TEC. His leadership aligns seamlessly with the company’s commitment to executing its legacy plan, mission, and vision.
Jonathan Sesock is involved with our customer service, quoting, design, engineering, and project management. He spent six years on active duty for the U.S. Air Force and worked in the aircraft industry as an avionics technician and as a flight test engineer. One aspect he enjoys most is how TEC empowers its team members to have a voice and be heard.
Jason Lemasters leads our design and drafting team. He has more than 15 years of experience in all facets of electrical engineering, including medium & low voltage distribution, lighting design, fire protection systems, backup & stand-by generation, UL508A design and compliance, and Industrial Automation. Jason is a licensed professional engineer and a certified UL manufacturer technical representative.
Craig Weaver began his professional career in the manufacturing and structural steel industry. As the Panel Shop Manager, Craig has leveraged his manufacturing background to integrate streamlined processes into the control panel industry.
As the Financial Controller, Carrie Van Metre has been an integral part of TEC’s journey since the early days. She oversees all facets of TEC’s financial responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the company. Carrie possesses profound expertise in the intricate relationship between accounting and engineering project management.
Jessica Ziegler began her professional career working in both Human Resources and Labor Relations fields for the Government and Commercial Nuclear Industry. There, she gained invaluable experience in many facets, specializing in hiring, project management and business strategy.
