R. Eric Eakins was an employee of TEC many years ago. Eric gained valuable experience through starting and operating his own company for 12 years in Colorado. He also worked for a national architecture firm managing large projects and technical teams. Eric has spent his entire career in the service industry and shares the values and vision that have made TEC what it is today.

John Whaley joined TEC in 2019 and contributes invaluable expertise of sales, engineering, and leadership within the automation industry. John plans to use his skills to help TEC develop strategically by creating new opportunities for the company to grow.

Garth Bloom

Garth Bloom is a Certified Automation Professional (CAP) through ISA. He has more than 27 years of experience in control systems integration, which includes 25+ years with TEC. His responsibilities include industrial controls automation, enterprise integration/operational intelligence and production operations. He has extensive knowledge in the mining and mineral processing industry and actively leads this internal team.

Anthony Sanders

Tony Sanders is a licensed Professional Engineer in Control Systems Engineering and the Principal Engineer for TEC. He has 30+ years of experience in instrumentation, electrical engineering and control systems design. He leads the food and beverage team along with focusing on growing the company’s client base.

Mark Wilcox

Mark Wilcox is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the Project Management Institute. He has been with TEC for 25+ years with experience in control systems design, project management, client support and automation applications. He also serves as the account manager for clients in the grain processing industry due to his technical and process knowledge in this area.

Troy Todd

Troy Todd has spent his entire career in sales, working for various companies in the manufacturing industry. Troy joined TEC to lead TEC’s business development activities as the company continues to execute on its legacy plan, mission and vision.

Carrie Van Metre is a financial controller and has been with TEC since its early days. She manages every aspect of TEC’s financial obligations and plays a crucial role in the operations of the company.  She has excellent knowledge in the relationship between accounting and engineering project management.

Jessica Turner began her professional career working in both Human Resources and Labor Relations fields for the Government and Commercial Nuclear Industry. There, she gained invaluable experience in many facets, specializing in hiring, project management and business strategy.
