Garth Bloom is a Certified Automation Professional (CAP) through ISA. He has more than 30 years of experience in control systems integration, which includes 34+ years with TEC. His responsibilities include industrial controls automation, enterprise integration/operational intelligence and production operations. He has extensive knowledge in the mining and mineral processing industry and actively leads this internal team.
John Whaley interfaces with both new and existing customers to help ensure that their business goals are well defined and TEC’s solutions ensure the highest level of ROI. John leverages his background with automation system architectures to help customers develop the best solution for their applications.
Deana brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, energy, and commercial real estate, along with over 15 years in executive leadership roles. An MBA, CPA, and CGMA, she is known for her ability to step into new challenges, streamline processes, design and implement effective systems, and develop high-performing teams. With a strong track record in project management and organizational improvement, she excels at turning ideas into successful results.
Jonathan Sesock is involved with our customer service, quoting, design, engineering, and project management. He spent six years on active duty for the U.S. Air Force and worked in the aircraft industry as an avionics technician and as a flight test engineer. One aspect he enjoys most is how TEC empowers its team members to have a voice and be heard.
As the Financial Controller, Carrie Van Metre has been an integral part of TEC’s journey since the early days. She oversees all facets of TEC’s financial responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the company. Carrie possesses profound expertise in the intricate relationship between accounting and engineering project management.
Jessica Ziegler began her professional career working in both Human Resources and Labor Relations fields for the Government and Commercial Nuclear Industry. There, she gained invaluable experience in many facets, specializing in hiring, project management and business strategy.
